iPad audio in Zoom Meetings

For my Zoom meetings, I want to use my AirPods for hearing and the iPad mic to speak. Anyone knows how I can configure this?

when you will be in a meeting and you connect the AirPods you will see a button pop press it and chose the AirPods and it will be it.
