Should I be suspicious of these system logs at 7.45am? Mac was asleep at the time.

I am a bit suspicious of these system logs. The mac was asleep at the time and appears to have logged just these 5 lines of system logs at 7.45am.

macOS wakes a Mac periodically so a Mac is not asleep 100% of the time.

The system logs are absolutely worthless for troubleshooting anymore as they contains tons of worthless entries that appear really odd & even scary. The snippet of the system logs you posted is a good example. Just ignore the system logs. The only useful logs are the Kernel Panic logs if a Mac has kernel panics.

If you are having an actual problem with your Mac, then give us specific symptoms and run & post an EtreCheck report plus run the Apple Diagnostics.
