iMessage continually displays numbers instead of names

I switched from a google pixel to an iphone 12 recently. I have 4 accounts on my phone (icould, work, personal, junk) Every couple of days, imessage will display only the numbers of my contacts instead of their names. I then have to go back into Contacts > Accounts > and delete my contacts and then reload them. (Usually this works but some times it takes multiple tries before it works and then only some of the contacts will load.)

iMessage will then display the names properly. However, after a couple days the same thing happens again. This has been happening pretty much since the day I got the phone several weeks ago. I've tried almost everything I could find on the forums so far to remedy it permanently yet nothing has worked.
