How do I request a refund for an item I purchased?
I purchased a yearly membership from the VPN app CyberGhost . I want to request a refund for $49, to my payment method.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
