Spam texts with MULTIPLE SENDERS.

How do you block spam text messages when there are multiple senders for the text?

Block messages from a specific person or number

In a Messages conversation, tap the name or number at the top of the conversation, then tap
at the top right.
Tap the name or phone number to view the contact card.
Scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.

The option shown above does not show up. I click on the "info" icon and pop up window appears but it does not allow me to block them collectively or individually.

These texts appear to have either multiple senders or maybe they are receivers. Regardless there are 21 of them and they are in an email format.
