I have a MBP (15-inch, 2018) Big Sur 11.4
I'm using two external Samsung 32" monitors with the following setup:
Monitor 1 connected via HDMI to Elgato docking station.
Monitor 2 connected via HDMI - USB-C cable directly to the MBP.
The maximum resolution can set it 1080P and the fonts are very blurry.
How can I change the resolution to something higher than 1080P?

I did reset the NVRAM and SMC based on the link about, but this did not help.
I also try to connect only one monitor at a time, but didn't help at all.
I do get a lot of different resolutions, but still 1080P is the max resolution.
