I bought ipad air 4 few months back today I saw iPads battery is totally dead as usual I put it on a charger after sometime I saw charger was connected perfectly but ipad was turned off. When I pressed power button this image shown now charger is not working I connected ipad with windows it turned on for few minutes and charged to 5% after that no charger worked not even windows now 5% is also dead
please help me
