Has anyone had problems with music skipping on iPhone SE when connecting headphones with Apple Lightning to Headphone jack? Was working fine for few months but music and Audible constantly skipping or fast forwarding over last few days. Music playing ok without jack/headphones in and music and Audible book downloaded. Thanks.

Thanks for your message. Can’t see any obvious lint in the jack and have tried new headphones but am getting the same issue. Have spare jack at work and so will try that one to see if it fixes the problem when I’m next in the office.

We understand you've noticed that your music and audiobooks skip while using headphones. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
Check to see if there's any lint either in the headphone jack. Also, test to see if using other headphones give you this same experience.

Getting a new lightning jack seems to have resolved the problem with my iPhone skipping. I’ll look into returning my old one as it’s still under warranty.
