In Big Sur, there is no "not junk" icon.

I see no way to drag a not junk icon to my tool bar. It's not there. Nor is there when past posts said to click on junk mail, open it and use it there. Please help. Thanks. If this is wrong place to post this, please advise.

When you select a junk message item, the Junk icon on the toolbar changes its name to Not Junk. Click that.
