Front Camera Lens is Foggy

My nephew dropped my phone in the sink submerged in the water for about 8 minutes, and now my front camera lens in white and foggy, any tips to help get rid of it?

Place the iPhone in a dry location and aim dry air from a fan or an air conditioner at the iPhone, and leave it there until it dries, or until it’s clear that it won’t dry.

There may still be residual distortion from whatever minerals or sediment or impurities were in the water, even after the drying, and subsequent corrosion is possible.


The Apple warranty does not cover liquid damage.
