I spilled soft drinks on my computer keyboard then now display became no light. Now I am using my computer connecting different desktop using thunderbolt port for HDMI. My computer is not covered any insurance and that kind of thing. Can I receive fixing service from apple and pay by myself?

I suppose the bottom line is that Apple will not repair liquid damaged Macs, regardless if you have an AppleCare+ not.
Anyway try to contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation or Apple Authorized Service Provider for asking that they accept liquid damaged Mac to repair.
