A. Ask the Developer:
If the developer doesn't update it, then it will be useless to you. So, contact the developer, asking for assistance with this. Find their connect information in the App Store, by opening the app in the App Store.

B. Restore form a Backup:
Have a backup of your iPhone prior to this update? If you are not concerned with losing data, then restore your iPhone from a backup that contains this app. Prior to restoring, backup your iPhone, incase anything goes wrong with the restoration. If you have no backup, then know to always backup your Mac, prior to updating.
