How do I get rid of 3 second option on iPhone 11

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re curious about removing countdown timer when you’re taking photos with the Camera app on your iPhone. 

If you tap the arrow on the top center, do you see a menu open up below the preview? You should see the Timer icon in the menu. You can tap here and select “Timer Off” to remove the countdown timer.
