Applecare+ but no fix if diagnostics are good!!

I actually found out I have been paying for two separate apple care plus services a month and I still cannot get help. Apple has now developed a philosophy of “if system diagnostics Shows no issue, there is no issue.” So I don’t know what to do from here if anyone has suggestions I can’t get my phone fixed or replaced because I could patronized every time I contact Apple support and they try to run me through the same stuff I have researched for almost over a year. The mobile resource inspector is nothing more than an hour very weak quick system check. AT&T even admitted to me their diagnostics on their website It’s actually fake and does nothing. It just shows up everything is good with the phone. So much for having customer service in a working phone that you paid $1500 for.
