Camera didnt work on XS Max after 14.6 update

did anyone have camera with blackscreen and flashlight not working after updating xs max to ios 14.6?been having this issues since 14.5.1 and nothing actually fix this issue. Would really appreciate it if anyone has encounter any solution for this problem.
