My MacBook Pro (13 inch, mid 2012) started to crash out numerous of apps (mostly Chrome tabs) and restarting itself (with that Kernel Panic stuff on reports) after i upgraded it from HDD to SSD and installed two 8 gb RAM sticks. Here is full EtreCheck report. What should I do?

Try to check your MacBook Pro with AppleDiagnostics or Apple Hardware Test if it reports hardware related error.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, try to back to previous condition, I mean before upgrade condition and see if your MacBook Pro still occurs kernel panic.
