Deleting the phone app

deleting the phone app is not possible.

the problem may be due to your network provider. if the problem persists contact an apple advisor by clicking the 'get support' button on the top right of this screen

Try restarting your phone→RESTART your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You can try restoring the phone to factory settings, but most likely your phone is broken (as in hardware).

You can also provide additional information so other users in this user-to-user forum might be able to make suggestions, such as:

• What model iPhone?
• Who is your carrier?
• A detailed description of the problem; like what does “doesn’t make a sound” mean? Do you mean you can’t hear the person called, or they can’t hear you? Or the call doesn’t connect?
• Is this a recent problem, or has it never worked?
