Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, then restore your iPhone from it. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your device prior to making any major change to it(which may be the case here). Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this installation, should anything go wrong from here on out.

Just like the built-in backup option in Windows, Mac has the same component called Time Machine. If you have enabled Time Machine backup, you can recover deleted data on Mac via a recent backup even you have emptied the Trash.

Steps to restore Mac files from Time Machine:

1. Launch Time Machine on your Mac. You can click on the icon in the menu bar and choose "Enter Time Machine" or search for Time Machine using Spotlight.

2. You can find the specific files you want to restore using the onscreen up and down arrows to locate it. Then you can preview it by pressing Space Bar.

3. Finally, click the "Restore" button, and then the deleted file will be returned to its original location.

If you had not enabled time machine, then probably you need to use 3rd party software, there are many over internet while some are free and some are paid, choose wisely.

What to Try:

Check another device. Or restore another device from a backup that might have these. Also, if you have a backup of your Mac, then try recovering them through use of Migration Assistant. Go here: Move your Content to a New Mac - Apple Support

Learn From This:

If they are unrecoverable, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back this up, every now-and-then to avoid issues like this.
