iPhone constantly asks password for old Apple ID

Hi there!

A year ago I was using my friend’s iPhone and her Apple ID was connected to it. We didn’t manage to reset it so somehow hers and mine IDs are connected now.

It is an issue now, as I got a new phone. I cleared everything from it and set up as an copy. Now, when I open some apps, password from her ID is needed. However, I cannot login there and I don’t see her information in my iCloud settings so I can’t delete her email.

I hope somebody experienced this issue before and could help me.

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
