VPN fails to restart after iOS 14.6 update on iPhone xR

Upgraded to 14.6 on an iPhone Xr, now VPN fails to connect ( VPN is native). Didi network reset and hard reboot to no avail. Able to Join network but useless since I need VPN to access internet. Any suggestions on how to get back on the internet via VPN.

VPN and IOS 14.01 After installing the latest ios I have had problems connecting to the internet, either wifi or cellular. Only thing that seems to work is turning off VPN, which I'd rather not do for obvious security issues. Is there a fix?

ipad mini 4 iOS 15 upgrade. Internet inoperably slow I recently upgraded my ipad mini 4 to iOS 15 and now it is unusable as the internet speed is slow to the point of going backwards. It is not the internet connection that is the issue - it connects fine and the connection works fine on other devices. I have read that it may be VPN that is the issue, but when I go to settings to turn off the VPN the switch just automatically turns itself back on again. What can I do? Having upgraded to iOS 15 I now cannot use my ipad at all in any useful way.

Problem solved, I had Norton VPN, which worked before the upgrade. Solution - Deleted, then reinstalled Norton VPN
