Today I received a notice of deduction for payment of Itunes. I subscribe to Apple Music and made the payment last May 29th but now they still keep deducting my money. Please tell me how can Apple refund me?. I come from Vietnam

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
