Why does my watch go to sleep after just a few seconds? It doesn’t even light up when the timer goes off.
iPhone XR, iOS 14
My watch wouldn't stay lit. The THEATER MODE was on.

Usually your watch goes to sleep whenever it detects that your wrist is down. You can usually change the length that your watch stays on by following the steps in this article: Turn on and wake Apple Watch.
