I'm intending to utilize tags on Mac in order to help categorize music that I download through Tracklib and create on Logic Pro X. Because of this, some day there might end up being an absolute ridiculous amount of tags. How many can finder reasonably support?

Tags are attached to the file metadata. Spotlight is used to find/display them.
There isn’t a list that links files to the Tag.
I don’t think there is a limit.
