Why can I not re download game pigeon?

After getting my new iPhone 12 Pro, I went to re download game pigeon and I got the re-download sign but after a quick loading symbol it was right back to a re-download symbol.

I have repeated this process many times over, I have seen a different feed about this but game pigeon is not a legitimate app, I repeat NOT AN APP.

I have done many different methods to find a solution a soft reset, hard reset, and I have signed out of my Apple ID. I have tried all of these strategies multiple times with no solution.

I could use some input, thank you.

Try using a different wifi network; office, library, coffeeshop.
