What to Do:
- Go Here: Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
- Scroll to: Turn off Lost Mode on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch
- Proceed from there as necessary
Note: Consider performing this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
