Internet works fine, but not on my iPhone

My phone connects and recognizes the networks but is so incredibly slow, as soon as I open an app or browser it’ll try to load and ask if I want to keep waiting or switch to cellular data. Any other device on the network works fine with no delay but more times than not my phone will not work on the network. Any solutions?
