Apple TV 4k remote isn’t controlling Hisense tv volume and mute, i have to use the tv remote only for volume control even i adjust the hdmi and cec settings on tv and even adjust learn new device on apple tv nothing works

I tried all if this even i called apple support and they try troubleshooting with me it is not working on my hisense tv series 7 but works on other old Philips tv
