Problem signing in after iOS update

Have anyone encountered this problem? The error “Update this iPhone to the latest iOS to sign in” keeps appearing when trying to sign in or switch Game Center account? iOS has been updated to the latest one 14.6

Why is it that I update to IOS 15.3 that apps I need to login to, but get an error at login. Have issues where login fail with Walgreens and ring apps. I haven't tried all my apps, but seems to be a systemic problem. I have tried removing apps and re-installing apps and authentication with apps login respond with an error. No way of knowing if the problem is due to the app or the IOS.

Game center sign in issues My iPad was working correctly this morning. I was able to switch Game Center accounts with no problem. Now all of the sudden I can not sign in to any of my accounts on my iPad. I can still sign into any of these accounts on my iPhone though, so it's not a problem with my accounts. I tried restarting the iPad and made sure all apps and and the operating system were up to date. The error message I receive is " Verification Failed Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later." Again, I can sign into this account on my iPhone so it's not the account. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
