Cant delete app, says it's open but it's not
I'm trying to delete an APP and it says it cant move to trash as it's open. I can find where it's open. I've restarted twice and not sure what to do but need this app removed.

What app is it, perhaps it is opened when you login to your mac.
Open System Preferences> Users & Groups> Login Items if you see
the app there highlight it and click on the minus button to remove
it from the list.
Restart your mac, now try and delete the app.
