PDF in email

i made some note on a pdf through my email and my iPad died and when it came on all the notes are gone

Is there any way I can bring this back I really need them from my class I forgot to save or screenshot them

Pdf hand written notes I use a PDF that I open on my iPad, I write the information I need and save it then email, next client I use same pdf, I erase all notes and fill out new info save and email it, every time I erased I thought is was going back to original however it is not it is clean for me to start again however it is loading more MB, this particular form was once 4.4Kb it is now at 34.6MB meaning - I can’t use it on email. I lost the original pages/word form (before was saved into pdf) question. Is there any way I can go to this pdf erase all hand written notes and Data to revert it to original so I can “start again”? help is Wellcome thanks Filipe

Copy/Pasting in iPad I was typing an email and wanted to copy it so I hit CTRL and C like you would normally on a computer to copy and it deleted the entire page. So I hit CTRL V to paste it back and it didn’t paste. How do I get this back.. It was an email to customers that I worked hard on and I don’t remember it word for word. If the iPad shut down before the edits were saved, then they are gone with no way to get them back.
