My new AirPods Pro work beautifully when listening to music. They work beautifully when making a phone call. However, incoming calls do not ring to the AirPods Pro. They ring to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I cannot find a solution to identifying why this is happening and how to correct the issue. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?

Thank you for your tips. I discovered that the sound was coming through the AirPods, it was just quiet. Takes some getting used to, but they are awesome. Thanks again!
