Apple Magsafe Silicone Case Issues
This has been mentioned here before but I am wondering if anyone has had any response from Apple regarding the peeling flaking silicon Magsafe case for the 12 Pro Max? My case started to peel up like timy worms after a few weeks, not from rubbing as I don't out the phone in my pocket it is too big, this just started to happen. I contacted Apple as I bought it from their online store but was passed from pillar to post and told they only have a 2 week warranty. That sure shows great faith in your product!
I have now spent over 12 hours on the phone or chat with their support to no avail... stupid, maybe but this issue needs to be addressed. These cases are actually dangerous and need to be recalled. My tiny grandaughter almost inhaled a piece of this silicon and it was scary...lucky I saw as silicon does not show up under X-Ray I believe. Any small child or animal could ingest this and it could cause problems. It is like the silicon material has some kind of disease how it just worms up overnight and peels, you literally don't see it coming. I removed the case at once but I am frustrated that Apple are refusing to admit that this is an issue. There are a ton of reports like mine on the internet but none is listening.
