Phone is stuck in n ended FaceTime and is now frozen

Suggestions for turning the phone off other than the conventional methods?

Try this, it’s called a forced restart.

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
