Copy and paste plugins in main arrangement window

Does anyone know of a way to copy and paste a plugin from one track to another without having to deal with the mixer? I would love a way to do this while staying in the main arrangement window.

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Nope, sorry, you can only do that in the mixer.

Export Stereo Mix PLUS Mix without voiceover Is it somehow possible to export a Stereo Mixdown on channel 1 and 2 plus all the audio (dialogue, effects and music) without the Voiceover track on channel 3 and 4? It seems that I can only export separate groups if I export a master file. So for example dialogue on track 1, effects on 2…. But not a stereo mix plus individual groups..

Breaking apart a compound audio clip? Curious. I made a compound clip of all my audio. When I Expand Audio Components I get the various 'tracks'. But no access to the specific clips. How can I go from here to opening the track itself ... so I can adjust the mix on the various clips? Or did I make my compound clip the wrong way? I seem to remember that in the past I'd Expand Audio Components and get everything, all the clips, as in a pre-compound mode ... where everything is adjustable.
