windows in Macbook

1. Seperate file and slideshow. In MS Windows, powerpoint file and slideshow are in different windows but Macbook combines all files and slideshow in one group. How can I seperate the files and slidesshow into different windows.

2. Cannot share window in googlemeet.

there are three share options in Googlemeet: intire screen, window and tab (chrome). However i cannot share any other windows in the option share window. Even though I changed the privacy screen sharing with chrome. In safari, google meet just have one sharing option.
