Need to be able to share quickly audio and video files via google drive (best for user at other end). Google Drive is not in the Share menu, and I have not been successful in getting it to show up.

Are you certain it's supposed to do that? Not everything appears in the Share menu. If in doubt you would need to contact Google for support anyway: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support.

Solution was simple. The items in the share list are only there because one of your apps has requested the connection. I was using google drive only on my browser. Once I downloaded the google drive app on each iOS device, the option appeared in the share menu.
Thanks, John. I'll contact google--my wife says Google Drive is in her share menu--I'll have to confirm if that is so 😌.
