Youtube right side is half hidden

Hi

I noticed after latest Big Sur update Safari on YouTube on the right side has a curtain or half hidden. I can remove it but comes right back again. It do not seems to be a glitch it more seems apple thinks it looks cool. But its a huge annoyance how to disable that ? I hope someone can help me here

Go step by step and test.

1. Update Safari, if an update is available. Update may come with bug fixes.

2. Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

3. Startup in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/start-up-your-mac-in-safe-mode-mh21245/mac.

    Quote:

It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility

And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and

the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.

4. Clear History

Please read the article before clearing history,

this is like a low level resetting of Safari without affecting passwords and bookmarks.

5. If Safari doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected

Hi

I already have the latest update, And I very often clean my safari for cookies and all that ! But also its only on YouTube and if I use the scroll bar there is a white arrow that it allows me to remove the curtains. But only until I scroll back up again ! then its back. I really tried to find more info about this. I used another browser for a while Brave browser with duckduckgo and there was no issues there at all. So I guess its a new feature in Big Sur 11.4 for some reason Apple finds beautiful or whatever the reason might be 😏😏😏. So the question is can I disable it ? Yes I do use Safari again I somehow like it more.
