I activated a CanvaPro subscription by mistake, I have already canceled the subscription and since I am not interested in using Canva's Pro features, I would like to get a refund of the subscription

Recently I subscribed on free trial of application called Canva to see how it works for a couple of days, and when I wanted to cancel this subscription before the payment day, I had some problem with my Apple ID, so I couldn’t cancel it on time. So money were withdrawed from my card. However I didn’t use neither Canva app, nor it’s paid functions, and as soon as I don’t need this application, how can I get the refund? I already contacted Canva support,they tried to help me and they redirected me to you. Thank you in advance!

Canva pro tefund I was wondering if I could get a refund on my Canva pro. I did a trial run for the pro version and with the holiday weekend I just forgot to cancel it. I do not need this app any longer.
