Refund

Hello! Recently I subscribed on free trial of application called Canva to see how it works for a couple of days, and when I wanted to cancel this subscription before the payment day, I had some problem with my Apple ID, so I couldn’t cancel it on time. So money were withdrawed from my card. However I didn’t use neither Canva app, nor it’s paid functions, and as soon as I don’t need this application, how can I get the refund? I already contacted Canva support,they tried to help me and they redirected me to you. Thank you in advance!

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
