Refund

I am trying to obtain a refund for Strava, as I was charged a subscription without giving consent to debit my card. Can someone please advise how I would go about doing that?

Refund Hello! Recently I subscribed on free trial of application called Canva to see how it works for a couple of days, and when I wanted to cancel this subscription before the payment day, I had some problem with my Apple ID, so I couldn’t cancel it on time. So money were withdrawed from my card. However I didn’t use neither Canva app, nor it’s paid functions, and as soon as I don’t need this application, how can I get the refund? I already contacted Canva support,they tried to help me and they redirected me to you. Thank you in advance!

Denied Refund I signed up for Strava’s 30 day trial and it said it was free for 30 days then It would charge. As soon as I authorized the $0.00 purchase, it charged my card $60! I tried to get a refund but they said I did not meet eligibility. I am trying to get this resolved as quick as possible and I am not trying to take advantage of iTunes, I just was not prepared for that cost and I really can’t afford it right now! It would be one thing if it was the $10 a month subscription but this was too high! I reached out to Strava and they say they can’t do anything except point me back to Apple. can anybody please help me?
