M1 Macbook Pro 8/512 Very Slow Performance

Honestly, I'm very frustrated with the new m1 MacBook pro 8/512. Before I buy this I watched many youtube videos, they suggested buying a MacBook air because they noticed Macbook Air Is fast so I thought the Macbook pro will faster but I was wrong.

Here Are my issues:

Slow performance even I'm writing this very hardly, when I try to switch another chrome tab it's take 5 second to load sometimes it takes 15-20 second.

Sometimes Charge backup, ok but sometimes charge backup gone within 5 hours.

I uninstall much software and clear the mack even clear my mack history but the same problem.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

If this doesn’t help, download EtreCheck, run it to see if there is any adware installed or not.

      https://etrecheck.com

      Click  “Free download” button,

Open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy report” .

Paste the report when you reply.
