Bluetooth connection drops on MacBook Pro 13", 2016 - two thunderbolt ports

I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.4. I have a magic keyboard, magic trackpad and AirPods Pro connected via Bluetooth.

During Microsoft Teams Meeting I experience almost daily the following sequence of events:

  1. sound stops in the AirPods (with interruption of video)
  2. the keyboard and the trackpad disconnect (notification box on-screen "keyboard/trackpad disconnected")
  3. sound resumes via the speakers
  4. the keyboard and the trackpad reconnect (notification box on-screen "keyboard/trackpad connected")
  5. the AirPods reconnect
  6. sound stop brief and then resumes via the AirPods


The AirPods are updated to firmware 3E751.


Is anyone able to help solve this issue? Thanks
