No watch notifications

No need to post about when there will and won’t be notifications sent to watch. I understand that. However, since one of the latest updates, I haven’t gotten text notifications on my Watch… only iPhone. Also, with alarms, I used to just getting buzzing on Watch, now it’s both Watch and sound on iPhone. I didn’t change any settings; they’re the same as they’ve always been. To troubleshoot, I’ve tried 1) Restarting both devices 2) Unpairing and re-pairing devices. Please tell me there’s an update coming that resolves this.
