My older Apple TV has an app that works the Apple TV from my iPhone or iPad . Though I have tried to pair with it, even entering the 4 digit code, the app quits and I cannot use it. Is there another app that is recommended with my Apple TV 4K HD newest model?
The remote app was discontinued some time ago as that function is now built into control centre. I would suggest setting that up instead.
