Downloaded Bloons td6 but it not showing as available for family sharing on other device. The apps is not hidden, and via apps store it is asking me to re-purchase. This app says it supports Family Sharing...

Family sharing So my question is simple, Family share, are we able to go in on the account manager account and remove and restrict certain family members from re-downloading the apps. If not, need to make it to where in the family manager account you can see and edit children’s phones on the account, seeing how these apps can occur really high charges.
