How do I export the data that the series 6 has collected into the health app on my iphone

I need to have the O2% data collected in the iPhone health app from the series 6 watch exported perhaps in a format that the numbers app can use or even just a tab-delimited text file. Of course, if I can get all the other data out of the health in a nice neat numbers chart format that I can email off as needed, that would be even better as then my pulmonologist could add it to her file on my case.
