Hacked iPhone?

I am getting a pop up that says I have been hacked and then repeat alerts coming from my apple calendar application after I clicked on a link allrecipes.co. They sender left off the m in .com and I think it was a malilous website. I deleted my browsing history and restarted the phone and deleted the app, but I am still getting the messages. And now I am super worried and not sure what to do.
