iPad vibrates while charging, but stops when off charge

When my IPad is on charge it vibrates at the bottom where the charger goes. I had the same thing happened to my old iPhone 5 when it was charging. I don’t know if this is normal. It’s happened since I got it and it was brand new.

Has anyone had this? If so is it normal? It’s only at the bottom where the charger goes.
