M1 Macbook Pro Crashing with black screen and purple lines.

I have started having an issue with my M1 Macbook Pro Crashing. The computer screen will turn black with a bunch of purple lines on the bottom left. Then it restarts. It is hooked up to an external monitor via has a USB C adaptor, so I don't know if that adaptor is the cause of the problems.

This suggestion was completely useless, it's like you hadn't read the information that I had provided at all. Nowhere did I state that I was having issues starting my computer. It starts up just fine. The problem is that my computer crashes (it's a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020, running Big Sur V.11.4 and has 16gigs of ram) and when it does the screen turns black with a bunch of purple lines on it, then it shuts down and automatically reboots. And yes, I have tried rebooting, rebooting in safe mode and running first aid.

It consistently crashes on a daily basis when I did the following:

  1. Use a ugreen USB C dongle attached for my external monitor, my external mouse and keyboard and my iphone charger.
  2. Run Adobe Captivate, Chrome and Microsoft word at the same time.
