The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

.IPA Install For IPadOS 14.6 From Windows is not possible

I tryed to install an ipa in my ipad with itunes windows but it fail to instal on my ipad and its says "This app connot be install because its intengrity could not be verified".

Please help
